[求助] p2pshared和sis001.fr这2个域名是不是被黑了？

如题，我原来一直用PWPSHARED这个网址登录SIS001的，这2天用这个网址的时候，底下弹出一个这么个提示，而且进去得到的地址也是其它论坛的，所以我想问下这2个域名是不是被黑了？
图片不会上传。
大概意思是说"国内封的厉害，需要重新下载地址登录器“。点其它板块也没有什么反应。
